Alex Kohl  is a born and raised San Diego native, decorated military veteran, and graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelors degree in Finance.

Alex served four years aboard the aircraft carrier George Washington, stationed in Japan.  His time in the military taught him the importance of hard work and delivering excellence in all pursuits. This translated into a passion for assisting his clients navigate complex 1031 exchanges & diligently ensuring his clients land in significantly better financial positions.  His unrelenting pursuit of vertical equity growth is why Alex’s loyal client base continues to grow.
